Weaving beam is the form of warp yarn package located at the rear of the loom, and it is also the name of the accessory of the loom. In order to distinguish the different uses of each process, the winding shaft completed by batch warping (sub-beam warping) is usually called warp beam or batch beam, and the pulp wire shaft processed by the pulping process is called pulp beam. The woven shaft used by the loom is called the weaving beam.
Warp beam is a horizontal axis used to fix the warp threads during weaving so that the warp threads are arranged in a certain order and interval. The first unearthed wrap beam in China is from the Hemudu site in 1977, now in the Hemudu site museum. Warp beam refers to the warp winding drum used in the warping, sizing and bundling processes.

2 Types of Warp Beams
Edged warp beams and Endless warp beams. Most of the chemical fiber filaments are edged warp beams. It is characterized by a large amount of filaments, such as batch warping (separated shaft warping), the length of the batch shaft can reach 5 × 104 ~ 15 × 104 m, and the weaving beam is generally 6 × 103 ~ 7 × 103 m, so the required the core of beam must has high tensile strength and high elongation, and is generally made of seamless steel pipe material with a wall thickness of 6-10mm, and the surface is treated with anti-rust paint or galvanized passivation; the disc is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, and the surface is anodized . The diameter of the side disc of the weaving shaft is generally 500-1000mm, and the maximum can reach 1200mm. The diameter of the shaft core is 300-400mm. The length of the weaving beam should be determined according to the model of the loom. The inner diameter of the warp beam and weaving beam must be matched with the warp beam chuck of the warping machine, sizing machine or loom, which is marked as side disc diameter × variable disc spacing (beam core length), or side disc diameter × beam extension diameter) × variable disc spacing (beam core length).

1. ST-WB-01 Weaver's Beam
It is is made by 20# seamless steel Pipe,galvanized passivation and is made by ZL105 high strength aluminum alloy with a higher aterial and mechanical property than ZL104 standard for imported components. The surface of it is anodic oxidation treatment and with the precision of it after assembly in barrel jump<0.8mm per 1000mm and flange vertical jitter<0.5mm, it is applicable for Toyota, Tsudakoma, Picanol, Sulzer, Dornier and other air jet, water jet, rapier and projectile high speed looms in single section and double section construction with or without differential motion up to 1250mm flange diameter and 540cm working width.
2. ST-WB-02 Warp Beam
It is also made by 20# seamless steel Pipe and ZL105 high strength aluminum alloy, the break Disc: of it is made by QT500-7 nodular cast iron. ST-WB-02 has 470-490Mpa tensile strength, 3.6% elongation and anodic oxidation treatment surface. The material and mechanical property of it are higher than ZL104 standard for imported components. It is suitable for spun and filament yarn. Benninger,Karl mayer,Hakoba,West Point,Suker and other high speed sectional and conventional warping machines. The available size of it is 800mm flange diameter to 1400mm diameter and 1600mm to 2800mm working width.
