What Is Nonwoven Fabric ?

Non-woven fabric is a thermoplastic material with excellent comprehensive properties, low density, easy production and low production cost. The fabric is beautiful, breathable but impermeable, light and comfortable to wear, durable and wear-resistant.

It is often used as diapers, protective covers, sealed curtains and packaging bags, and can be widely used in medical and health care, home decoration, agriculture, automobile industry and other fields. Also we have non woven fabric slitting machine.

Non-woven fabrics can be divided into four types according to production type: spunlace, thermosynthetic, wet-laid and air-laid. Spunlace nonwovens are produced in a continuous process where fibers are spun into filaments, which are then dispersed directly into a web by deflectors, or guided by an air stream.

Heat-bonded nonwovens are made from short fibers that are processed into a web with little mechanical integrity, which is then mechanically, thermally, or chemically bonded to the web. The principle of wet-laid is similar to papermaking, the difference is the content of synthetic fibers in the wet-laid nonwoven.

A slurry of water and fibers is deposited on a moving wire mesh, which is then discharged to form a mesh, squeezed between rollers, further dewatered, consolidated and dried, and later impregnated with a binder. Airlaid is a textile-like material classified as a non-woven fabric made from wood pulp. Unlike ordinary papermaking processes, airlaid paper does not use water as the carrier medium for the fibers, but is transported by air and forms the structure of the paper.

What Are The Uses Of Non-Woven Fabrics ?

"Non-woven fabric, also known as non-woven fabric, is composed of directional or random fibers. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly materials. It is moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, lightweight, non-combustible, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non-irritating, rich in color, Low price, recyclable and other characteristics.

For example, polypropylene (pp material) pellets are used as raw materials, and are produced by continuous one-step method of high temperature melting, spinning, laying, and hot pressing and coiling. Because of the appearance of cloth It is called cloth because of some properties. Its uses are very wide.

Medical and sanitary non-woven fabrics: surgical gowns, protective clothing, disinfection wraps, masks, diapers, civilian wipes, wipes, wet face wipes, magic towels, soft towel rolls, beauty products, sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, and Disposable sanitary cloth, etc.

Non-woven fabrics for home decoration: wall coverings, tablecloths, bed sheets, bedspreads, etc.

Non-woven fabrics for clothing: lining, adhesive lining, flakes, shaping cotton, various synthetic leather base fabrics, etc.

Industrial non-woven fabrics; base materials for roofing waterproofing membranes and asphalt shingles, reinforcing materials, polishing materials, filter materials, insulating materials, cement packaging bags, geotextiles, covering cloths, etc.

Agricultural non-woven fabrics: crop protection fabrics, seedling raising fabrics, irrigation fabrics, thermal insulation curtains, etc.

Other non-woven fabrics: space cotton, thermal insulation materials, linoleum, cigarette filters, tea bags, shoe materials, environmentally friendly non-woven bags, agricultural can be used for harvest cloth, greenhouse cloth.

Industry: floppy disk lining, speaker cloth, filter material, sound box sound insulation felt, sealing ring lining, cable cloth, glass fiber reinforced plastic towel, industrial wipe, shockproof liner, insulating material, tape base lining, pipe base lining, ventilation duct, Sharpie cloth.

Packaging: composite cement bag, luggage lining, packaging base lining, quilt, storage bag, mobile jacquard luggage.

Clothing and shoemaking: Garment lining, flakes, toe lining, heel lining, underwear, artificial deerskin, synthetic leather, warm shoe lining, cloth sole lining....etc.
