I. What is fully automatic fabric cutting machine?
ST-ASCM is used to cut fabric samples with attractive zig-zag edges or flat edges for mass production. It is suitable for all types of fabrics as well as for leather artificial leather, felt, carpet, etc.It is controlled by PLC, Setting up the cutting size(Length & Width) on the Touching Screen and machine will cut the fabric accordingly.
II. How to use automatic fabric cutting machine?
Step 1: Turn on cabinet switch in clockwise direction, then PLC system and touching screen will be ready for work.
Step 2: Press “Reset” to let the iron frame back to its original position.
Note: when iron frame is not in original position, machine will not operation when press “start”.
Step 3: Parameter setting: Press “set” to set the cutting size and no. of cut for A side and B side.
Step 4: Press “Start” to let the iron frame step into ready cutting position.
Step 5: Press “Laser” to lighten the laser, this laser is used for cutting accuracy.
Step 6: Press “Forward” or “reverse’” or “inching” to let the fabric in operator’s expected first cutting position.
Step 7: Press “Single cut” to let the machine make its first cutting in operator’s expected first cutting position.
Step 8:Press “Auto cutting”, then machine will cut automatically based on pre-set cutting size and cutting Number.
When the cutting is over in A side, the iron frame will step into the top position automatically. (Then touching screen’s display will switch from A side to B side automatically)
Step 9: Press down the turntable handle in clockwise direction, and turn the turntable 90 degree slightly by hand
(Start its B side cutting automatically)
Step 10: The B side cutting need will repeat above step (Step 4 to 8), after cutting B side finished iron frame will go to original position.
