PVC fabrics need to be cold cutting and SUNTECH's ST-FISM is suitable for PVC fabric cutting.
ST-FISM(fabric inspection & slitting machine ---cold cutting) is suitable for PVC coated fabrics, artificial leather etc. which can be used for inspecting, slitting and rewinding. Its inlet and outlet form is roll-to-roll, and the maximum roll diameter of the fabric is 500mm.
SUNTECH has a total of 5 types of fabric cutting machines, namely ST-USCM, ST-FISM, ST-ASCM, ST-MSCM and ST-HSCM. These 5 fabric cutting machines are different in terms of functions and applicable fabrics. In which ST-ASCM is suitable for all type fabrics as well as for leather, artificial leather, felt, carpet,etc. It seems to be similar to ST-FISM in the applicable fabric, but ST-FISM is more inclined to PVC fabric, and the biggest feature of PVC fabric is that it is easy to wrinkle and it is not easy to wrinkle after wrinkling. For fabrics such as PVC and artificial leather that are prone to wrinkling, cold cutting technology is required.
About the details of ST-FISM, I would like to make a brief introduction here
1. End of fabric roll stop sensor. ST-FISM is the same as the cloth inspection machine, it has end of fabric roll stop sensor. When the sensor detects that the cold cutting of the cloth roll on the machine has ended, the machine will stop. And it will allow for next roll joining, continuously from one piece of fabric to next.
2. Full width fabric inspection. For workers, proper inspection table angle is critical. Workers can observe the specific condition of the fabric by inspecting the table. And fabric inspection&slitting machine(cold cutting) with 30 degree fixed angle inspection screen. This is an appropriate angle determined after adjustment, which facilitates visual inspection of workers and improves production efficiency.
3. Accurate length counting(Y/M). ST-FISM also has the function of accurate length counting. Workers can preset the value in advance on the digital length counter, and the machine will automatically stop when the length of the cut fabric reaches the value. For example, if you preset the value to 100m, then when the number on the digital length meter reaches 100m, it will stop and its counting errors≤0.1m/km.
4. Consistent roll output. The machine can achieve roll hardness adjustable and the roll hardness(Loose or Tight) can be adjusted through one hand-wheel.
5. Waste collection after slitting. Unlike other machines, ST-FISM also has the function of slitting. When the fabric is cut, there will be excess fabric, and one of the functions of ST-FISM is to collect the waste fabric.
6. Blade Type and Service Life. The machine has mechanical cutter for selvedge and strip cutting. For cloth cutting machines, the function and service life of the blades are very critical factors. The edge slitting cutter can move right and left within 50cm. The operator need to adjust the distance via the hand wheel, and the cutter will move along the guider rail. For the lifespan of the cutter, it is influenced by the fabric type and using frequency.
