What is automatic fabric inspection&packaging line?

How “automatic” reflected on the fabric inspection&packaging line?
When the fabric rolls come out from the inspection machine, they will be delivered directly into the fabric roll wrapping machine and then will be sent to the storage stage. One fabric roll wrapping machine can be matched with 10 fabric inspection machine at most, and they will be controlled by PLC, operator only needs to set up in the touching screen.
How can the machine pack fabric roll in order?
The whole process is controlled by PLC .
1)Fabric roll Input: the fabric roll is transferred to the Main Packing Unit conveyor by Inlet conveyor. The sensor at the entry detects the fabric roll width and diameter and prepare for the following width sealing and side sealing.
2)Width sealing: fabric roll will be pushed to width sealing working position, when fabric roll is in width sealing, main packing unit conveyor will be empty, at this time inlet conveyor will transfer next fabric roll to main packing unit conveyor.
3)Side sealing: After width sealing, the fabric roll is transferred to the side sealing working position. At this time, the width sealing working position is empty and next fabric roll in main packing unit conveyor will be pushed to width sealing working position for width sealing.
4) Fabric roll out put: fabric roll will be packed after width sealing& side sealing.

Does fabric inspection&package line has any limited?
1. Are there any restriction on the fabric inspection machine about fabric type?
No, SUNTECH can offer different type inspection machine for different kinds of fabric, like woven fabric, weft knitted fabric and so on. Although the weft knitted fabric has high elasticity and curled edges, we can provide responding machine with tension controlling system.
2. Are there any space limited on the whole line?
SUNTECH will provide optimal solution according to customer’s space. Below is the actual solution for our customer whose space only 7m*8m.
Fabric roll goes to the main packing unit through the inlet conveyor and 90 degree turning system. Then packed rolls will be raised by a lifter to the outlet conveyor directly. Finally the PLC will instruct the roll to run right firstly, the pneumatic roll ejection device will push the fabric roll into stalliage. When the stalliage (1) is full, sensor will detect and program system will send instruction, then fabric roll will be transported into the left side and will be pushed into stalliage (2).
3. What’s the speed of fabric roll wrapping machine?
According to different width and diameter of the fabric roll, the time of wrapping the fabric rolls is different. The max speed can reach 5~7 rolls/min, which means that one fabric roll wrapping machine can wrap 3360 rolls with only 8 hours.
