4. Knitting production process

There are four main steps in the production of knitted fabrics: spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing.

1) Spinning: the process of processing all kinds of woven fibers into yarns.

2) Weaving: a fabric formed by knitting needles and other looping machines to form loops from yarns, and the loops are strung together at one time.

3.)Dyeing: The process of coloring the fiber material with dyes or pigments and making it with a certain fastness.

4)Reconstruction: Make refers to the physical and chemical processing to improve the appearance and internal quality of the fabric, improve the wearing performance of the fabric or give it special functions.

Raisable Frame and Automatic Detwister: Automatic detwister for fabric rope. The signal from feeler is picked up by proximity switches. Fabric rope engagement is by means of rotary opening rollers.

Slitting Basket: By means of a hand wheel, the diameter of the round basket can be expanded from 320 to 800mm, so as to facilitate the spreading of fabric and prevent permanent weft distortions, as may be generated by the slitting process.

Needle Drop Sensor: Needle drop sensor can detect the needle drop on the fabric and adjust the basket to place the fabric in proper slitting position. Both slitting and rope opening function.

Spreading-Centering Unit: It automaticaly open the fabric and then center it, to ensure that the fabric is alignment in the center of the machine.

Hydraulic Turntable - Option: Controlled by fluid power, 1800mm diameter, for fabric carriage rotation in heavy duty conditions. It facilitate the operation of rope detwist- ing after washing or dyeing.

Squeezing Unit for Fabric Ropes - Option: Squeezing unit J-box with an oslillating chute for self adjustment of speed, to be installed on the entry of the line to reduce the quantity of water contained in the fabric.
